Our chef Nick Paterson has been now cooking for 15 years. Currently, Nick works as a private chef for some of the world's richest individuals. In the past he worked in some top establishments and travelled the world extensively, visiting Europe, America's, Asia, Caribbean, Maldives, Pacific and Southern Africa.
Nick grew up in a small farming community in South Africa. This was in the Drakensburg mountain range where his family had a great outdoor lifestyle and spent a lot of their time on friend's farms. After finishing school, Nick left for the UK where he discovered his interest in commercial cooking. Harnessing his skills and living his passion, after 4 years Nick decided to make this as his long term career.
Nick studied French Cordon Bleu, Italian, Thai, Thai fruit and vegetable carving, Sushi, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chocolate, Diet and Nutrition and Business. In addition, in his spare time he often does work experience in top restaurants around the world.
