The Blue Cave, island Bisevo
The Blue Cave also known as the Blue Grotto is one of the most unique natural phenomena in the world. It is located on the island Bisevo, only 5 nautical miles from island Vis.
The cave is famous for its silvery-blue colour created by refraction of sunlight entering through a crack in the stone.
- Come as early as possible to avoid long boat queues, ideally leave Komiza at around 7 a.m.
- You can enter the cave only on an official boat like the one on the photo.
- Prepare €10 or 70 HRK for the entrance fee.
- Swimming is not allowed.
